One-to-one coaching

Perhaps you are really struggling to keep running at all, with fatigue levels rising or injuries increasing? Maybe there is an event you’d like to train for but you’re not really sure how, given that your body is changing? It might be your motivation that has gone, and you feel you need some encouragement and accountability. Menopause can really affect us all and our running in such different ways, and having someone to unpick it with you and help find a way forward with appropriate training strategies can really help. I can help you with all this and more through long-term one-to-one coaching, or a one hour coaching call. Details of these, and more, are below.

In addtion to the one-to-one coaching options, a bespoke and/or menopause-friendly training plan may help you to meet your running goals.

One-to-one coaching (monthly)

This is for you if:

  • you would like support, advice and guidance through a combination of a bespoke training plan and coaching calls
  • you are anywhere in the world

The monthly coaching package includes:

  • an introductory one-hour coaching call to get to know you, your running and your goals
  • a bespoke training plan, tailored to your goal, your needs and your lifestyle, and shared with you on Training Peaks
  • access to the Premium Athlete edition of Training Peaks
  • unlimited coach support via Training Peaks
  • one one-hour coaching call per month (via phone or Zoom)

Payment is made monthly via the secure Stripe system.

One hour coaching call

This is for you if:

  • you have an issue (or question) with your running that you’d like to talk through with a coach
  • you don’t need, or aren’t ready for, long-term coaching
  • you live anywhere in the world

Face-to-face coached session (one hour)

This is for you if:

  • You would like practical support with an aspect of your running, for example pacing yourself, speedwork, technique, running-specific strength work, and so on
  • You are based in (or are able to travel to) Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire or Leicestershire (other areas may be available on request)
